Businesses that have one of the following NACE codes in their activity, whether primary or secondary, are prohibited from operating, engaging in this activity. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Businesses engaged in wholesale trade or retail sales. Through e-shop, they continue their activity normally. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Retail sales directly from the physical store are explicitly prohibited for the following activity codes.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations, bakeries, banks, car repair shops, repair stores, pet shops, and anything related to market supply are exempt from the prohibition.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  2. Retail trade of computers, peripheral units, and software in specialized stores, except for electronic or telephone commerce services with home delivery (e-shop etc.) (NACE 4741).<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Retail trade of telecommunications equipment in specialized stores, except for electronic or telephone commerce services with home delivery (e-shop etc.), as well as bill payment, balance renewal, repair, and replacement services for mobile devices (NACE 4742).<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Retail trade of audio and video equipment in specialized stores, except for electronic or telephone commerce services with home delivery (e-shop etc.) (NACE 4743).<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Retail trade of textiles in specialized stores, except for electronic or telephone commerce services with home delivery (e-shop etc.) (NACE 4751).<\/span><\/li>\n

    Article Two<\/strong>
    During the same aforementioned period, the following specific rules also apply:<\/strong>

    1. The operation of optical stores and hearing aid sales stores is allowed only after telephone communication at an emergency number provided by the store owners.

    2. The operation of commercial stores within the ports and airports of the country is allowed.

    3. The operation of retail stores operating with cooperation agreements of all retail stores of the type “shop-in-a-shop”, located in outlet stores, shopping centers, or outlet villages, is prohibited, except for supermarkets and pharmacies, provided they have an independent entrance for consumers.<\/p>\n
