The final installment of €6,400 is paid after twelve months of uninterrupted operation, following a second on-site inspection confirming ongoing compliance with program requirements.

Eligible beneficiaries are unemployed individuals registered in the DYPA digital registry, aged 18–29,
who are not in Employment, Education, or Training (NEETs) and who submit a business plan for the establishment of a new enterprise.
